CT200 Fuel Injector Cleaner & Tester

The CT200 is an injector cleaner and tester machine that combines ultrasonic cleaning technology with oil pressure control cleaning and inspection technology. It can simulate various working conditions of the engine to clean and test the injectors. It can support 6-cylinder injectors at the same time, saving time, and efficiency. Also supports testing of fuel injectors for most cars and motorcycles in the market. Since its launch, AUTOOL CT200 model has been widely received and approved by professional auto repair technicians.

It is an expert in Injector solutions, featuring 12 injector-specific functions

  1. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
  2. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
  3. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
  4. High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
  5. Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.
  6. Shift speed test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.
  7. Leakage test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
  8. Idle dpeed sprayability Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
  9. Medium speed sprayability test: Simulate the engine medium-speed state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
  10. High-speed sprayability test: Simulate the high-speed state of the engine and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
  11. Reverse flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector Strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).
  12. No-disassembly cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function, which requires special adapters.

Cleaning fluid & Test fluid recovery valve

After the cleaning or tetsing is completed, the fluid needs to be recovered through the valve, which has the advantage of:

  1. Damage will be caused to the product of the liquid is left inside the cleaning bath for a long time.
  2. The recovered liquid can be reused, thus saving your cost.

Pressure gauge

It allows you to observe the pressure during test to avoid damage to machine or injectors caused by excessive pressure.

Test level gauge

It allows you to observe the amount of test fluid directly and clearly.

Full inspection of injectors

  • Uniformity test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector.
  • Sprayability test: To monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight.
  • Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under high pressure.
  • Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector of specific injection condition(eg. same time and number of times).

AUTOOL CT200 model supports 110V/220V supply voltage, as well as simultaneous cleaning and testing of 6-cylinder injectors; Increase efficiency and save time. You can also optionally test two injectors or four injectors for your different needs.

How to choose test fluid?

The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it\'s recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.

How does the CT200 work?

Ultrasonic Cleaning:

  1. Add the cleaning fluid and put the injectors into the ultrasonic cleaning bath.
  2. Connect the pulse signal lines and select the item 1 Ultrasonic Cleaning function to start.

Injector Testing

  1. First add the test fluid, then install the injectors on the fuel distributor, and fix them with bolts.
  2. Different functions can be selected to test to see if any of the injectors are leaking or blocked.

Precautions for injector test fluid and cleaning fluid

  1. Do not use corrosive fluids as injector test fluids to test the injectors. Corrosive fluids can damage machine seals and injectors.
  2. Do not use cleaning fluids instead of test fluids, as cleaning fluids are generally corrosive and can damage machine and injector seals.
  3. It is strictly forbidden to use gasoline instead of cleaning fluid or testing fluid, which is very dangerous! It may cause safety hazards!
