Once the order is confirmed, we will start the delivery service within 3 business days. We are not responsible for any failure to deliver your order in a timely manner because the address you provided to us is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that the areas to which products can be delivered also depend on the ability of our partner courier service to deliver.

If the address provided is not available for delivery, please contact our Customer Service Center to arrange for delivery of the product on another delivery date. If we are unable to contact you within thirty (30) days from the day we notify you that the product has been shipped (inclusive), the order will be canceled, and the payment of the undelivered product will be automatically returned to your account.

In the case of order products being drop shipped to a third party, you may arrange for the products to be delivered to a third party of your choice, provided that the delivery address meets the requirements set forth above.

We will deliver the product as soon as your order is confirmed. Our estimated delivery dates or times are for informational purposes only and we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Please note that all parcels of products to be delivered to you will be weighed by us prior to shipment.

Title to the products and the risk of damage to the products will transfer to you once we have delivered the products to the address you have provided to us.

If the package is found to be damaged when you sign for it, it is your right to reject the product and contact the customer service center to deal with it. For products purchased on the online shopping platform, please check for any damage when picking up the product, and if there is any damage, please inform the staff of the online shopping platform immediately.
