Warranty Policy
From the date the product is received by the customer, AUTOOL products are covered by the following warranty service terms:
• Main unit: 3-year warranty service
• Accessories: 1-year warranty service
• Consumable and wear-and-tear parts: not covered under this warranty policy.
If a malfunction occurs after product installation during use, you may contact your local distributor for technical support and assistance.
If no local distributor is available, or if you are unable to contact an AUTOOL distributor, the AUTOOL after-sales service center will provide remote diagnosis to analyze the issue and assist in resolving the problem by sending the required parts/components, ensuring the equipment operates properly.
Throughout the entire service process, we remain committed to providing professional guidance and support to ensure a reliable and satisfactory user experience.
