Warranty Policy
From the date the product is received by the customer, AUTOOL products are covered by the following warranty service terms:
• Main unit: 3-year warranty service
• Accessories: 1-year warranty service
• Consumable and wear-and-tear parts: not covered under this warranty policy.
If a malfunction occurs after product installation during use, you may contact your local distributor for technical support and assistance.
If no local distributor is available, or if you are unable to contact an AUTOOL distributor, the AUTOOL after-sales service center will provide remote diagnosis to analyze the issue and assist in resolving the problem by sending the required parts/components, ensuring the equipment operates properly.
Throughout the entire service process, we remain committed to providing professional guidance and support to ensure a reliable and satisfactory user experience.

-Strictly following standard operating procedures and using officially certified parts for after-sales service.
-You may contact us via email or telephone, and we will provide remote troubleshooting services.
-Based on the results of the remote diagnosis, we will quickly identify the cause of the issue and promptly send you the necessary parts/components.
-In the case of a complex fault, if the AUTOOL after-sales service center confirms that the issue cannot be resolved by replacing parts/components, or if the same fault persists after the replacement, we will send you a brand-new product.
-Throughout the entire service process, we will strictly protect the privacy and security of your personal information and product usage data.

The following situations are not covered under the free warranty:
AUTOOL products purchased through unauthorized channels.
Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance not in accordance with the product manual
Faults caused by improper operation, such as overloading the product or failing to perform timely maintenance.
Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or firmware flashing.
Damage caused by external factors, including water ingress, drops, compression, abnormal voltage, or natural disasters.
