LM180PRO Smart Digital Manifold Kit

The AUTOOL LM180PRO Smart Digital Manifold Kit is a professional-grade multifunctional digital manifold gauge featuring four-manifold control and a large display. It is designed for the inspection and maintenance of automotive air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The LM180PRO supports multiple measurement functions, including refrigeration system leak-tightness testing, real-time measurement of pressure and temperature, vacuum pressure measurement, and vacuum status evaluation. It also features a professional Compressor Test Mode and Temperature Difference Mode. With independent manual valve control for all four manifolds, the LM180PRO allows external equipment such as a vacuum pump or compressor to be connected in parallel after the high- and low-pressure ports are connected to the A/C system, enabling multiple operations to be performed simultaneously. The device also features a built-in database of 95 refrigerants and dual refrigerant sight glasses, helping users complete refrigeration system testing and maintenance more efficiently and accurately.

Product Features

Compressor Test Mode

The Compressor Test Mode collects real-time high- and low-side pressure data from the refrigeration system and accurately compares it with the refrigerant’s standard evaporation and condensation pressure-temperature values.

Combined with the measured evaporator line temperature, condenser line temperature, and compressor operating temperature, the system automatically calculates key parameters such as superheat and subcooling, helping technicians quickly evaluate compressor operating conditions.

Refrigeration Mode

The Refrigeration Mode provides real-time measurement of:

Low-side pressure / High-side pressure / Refrigerant evaporation pressure-temperature / Refrigerant condensation pressure-temperature / Measured evaporator line temperature / Measured condenser line temperature / Superheat / Subcooling

Vacuuming Mode

The Vacuuming Mode can measure vacuum pressure, water evaporation temperature, ambient temperature, and temperature difference in real time. It is commonly used to evaluate the vacuum condition of the refrigeration system during evacuation.

Pressure Holding Test Mode

The Pressure Holding Test Mode calculates the pressure difference between the initial test pressure and the secondary test pressure to determine whether a refrigerant leak may be present. It is commonly used to test the leak-tightness of refrigeration systems.

Four-Manifold Independent Manual Valve Control

With independent manual valve control for all four manifolds, all four ports can be connected at once, allowing multiple testing operations to be performed simultaneously. The connection process can be simplified according to different testing requirements, making it easier for technicians to complete testing tasks.

Built-in Database of 95 Refrigerants

The system includes data for 95 refrigerants, eliminating the need to manually look up tables and calculate saturation temperatures. Superheat and subcooling can be calculated and displayed on the same screen, while high- and low-side pressure data can be compared at a glance.

Multiple Unit Conversions

Supports automatic conversion between multiple pressure units and between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.

4.3-Inch Large Dot-Matrix Display

The LM180PRO features a 320 × 240 large dot-matrix display with a backlight for use in dark environments. Users can complete all operations through the buttons on the control panel. The operating process and measurement data are displayed clearly and are easy to read, helping improve service efficiency.

Multi-Language Support

Supports 8 languages: English, Russian, German, Italian, Korean, Dutch, Chinese, and Japanese. Language package upgrades are also available to meet customer customization requirements.

  • Foldable Hook

The foldable hook is designed for hanging the device on the vehicle hood during operation. It can be folded away when not in use to save space.

  • High- and Low-Pressure Valves

The high- and low-pressure valves feature arrow markings. Compared with conventional rotary valves, the valve position is displayed more clearly and intuitively, making operation easier.

  • Manifold with Manual Valves

The professional independent manual valve control allows each line to be controlled separately, facilitating multiple testing operations.

  • Dual Refrigerant Sight Glasses

The dual refrigerant sight glasses allow users to visually monitor refrigerant flow and charging conditions during operation.

  • Side Handles

The side handles are made of TPU material, providing corrosion resistance and a comfortable grip for easy carrying and movement.
