Operating Steps

1.Connect the suction hose and blasting gun.

2.Install the blasting gun tube, then insert the blasting gun into the round opening on the suction hose for combined operation.

3.Wear safety goggles before cleaning. Before and after operation, blow air for 10 seconds to prevent walnut shell particles from clogging the system.

4.Select the appropriate adapter according to the vehicle component being cleaned.

5.Open the machine cover, remove the filter, and add at least 2 kg of walnut shell particles.

6.Check the carbon deposit condition. Insert the suction adapter into the manifold opening. Cleaning can be completed in approximately 1–3 minutes.
