The AUTOOL LM160 AC Manifold Gauge is a next-generation, multifunctional intelligent digital manifold gauge introduced by AUTOOL to the market. This HVAC pressure gauge is primarily used for the detection and maintenance of automotive air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It supports the measurement of evaporating pressure and temperature, condensing pressure and temperature, high and low-pressure pipeline pressures, and refrigerant system leakage pressures. It utilizes the most advanced digital circuitry and high-precision pressure sensors. The device features an integrated refrigerant database with 95 types, including R11, R22, R134a, R410a, and others, making it easier for users to install or repair refrigeration systems.

1. AUTOOL LM160Refrigerant Gauges Working Principle

The AUTOOL LM160 AC Manifold Gauge uses a built-in pressure sensor to detect the vacuum pressure within the system and convert the pressure signal into an electrical signal. The microprocessor processes and calibrates the signal, then displays the vacuum level as a numerical value on the screen. It supports intelligent features such as data storage and multi-unit switching, making it convenient for quick detection of air conditioning system sealing and vacuum effect.

2.AUTOOL LM160 Digital Manifold Gauges Features

Supports 95 Refrigerants: The AUTOOL LM160 AC pressure gauge set includes a built-in database with pressure and temperature data for 95 types of refrigerants. The pressure measurement units support psi, kPa, MPa, bar, and kg/cm². The vacuum measurement units support microns, hPa, mbar, millitorr, and torr.

Leak Detection: The vacuum gauge determines if refrigerant is leaking by calculating the pressure difference between the initial test pressure and the current test pressure.

Vacuum Operation: In the vacuum mode, external gases and moisture can be removed from the refrigeration circuit. During the evacuation process, the screen will display the evacuation time, current pressure, water evaporation temperature, ambient temperature, and temperature difference.

Refrigeration Mode: Select the desired refrigerant type to begin measurement. The refrigerant gauge will measure the pressure and temperature of the refrigeration system in real time. The digital HVAC gauge’s sight glass allows for direct observation of the refrigerant filling flow, making the operation more convenient.

Thoughtful Design: The design features two large, curved silicone handles and a foldable hook, making it easy to hold or hang the device during operation. It also has a backlit display and supports 8 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, and Chinese.

3.AUTOOL LM160Refrigerant Gauges Operating Procedure

Check the device and air conditioning system’s condition to ensure all connections are secure and there are no leaks.

Start the vacuum gauge and select the appropriate vacuum unit.

Connect the vacuum gauge to the system interface and start the vacuum pump.

Monitor the vacuum level in real-time to ensure it reaches the standard vacuum level.

Stop the vacuum process and observe the data stability to assess the system’s sealing integrity.

Once completed, turn off the device, disconnect and store it properly.
