Working Principle

AUTOOL AST612 Brakde Fluid Exchanger Brake Fluid Bleeder Kit is pumped from the new fluid container into the vehicle’s brake fluid reservoir at a specified pressure, while the used fluid is drained from each wheel caliper in sequence until clean fluid flows out. Compared with traditional pressurized bleeders, this automotive brake fluid bleeder effectively prevents air bubble formation during the filling process and eliminates the need for manual bleeding. Its built-in pressure monitoring system automatically detects pressure levels and shuts off the pump if pressure cannot be generated or air is drawn in, ensuring no air enters the brake fluid reservoir.

Operating Instructions

Step 1: Add new brake fluid into the storage bottle.

Step 2: Connect the suction hose and pressure balancing hose to the storage bottle.

Step 3: Connect to a 12V battery.

Step 4: After connecting the filling hose to the appropriate adapter, connect it to the vehicle’s brake fluid reservoir.

Step 5: Attach the recovery oil bottle to the brake cylinder.

Step 6: Turn on the power switch & press the start button to begin.

Note: No need to start the vehicle for the operation.

Please check each connection for leaks during the oil change and inspect the connecting hose for damage to keep the new oil filler port clean.
