CT160 Fuel Injector Cleaner & Tester

AUTOOL CT160 is an entry-level model for testing and cleaning of motorcycle and automobile fuel injectors. It adopts ultrasonic cleaning technology and microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control cleaning technology, and supports simultaneous cleaning and testing of four-cylinder fuel injectors. This CT160 injector machine simulates various working conditions of the engine which can clean and test the fuel injectors of most of the automobiles and motorcycles. It is compact in size and simple to operate, making it suitable for small and medium-sized auto and motorcycle repair shops and DIY users.

It is an expert in injector solutions, featuring 11 injector-specific functions

  1. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
  2. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
  3. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
  4. High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
  5. Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.
  6. Shift speed test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.
  7. Leakage test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
  8. Idle dpeed sprayability Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
  9. Medium speed sprayability test: Simulate the engine medium-speed state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
    10.High-speed sprayability test: Simulate the high-speed state of the engine and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
  10. Main unit information: used to store the product number and date of manufacture of the product.

Four core testing functions of fuel injectors

  • Uniformity test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector.
  • Spray ability test: To monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight.
  • Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under high pressure.
  • Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector of specific injection condition(eg. same time and number of times).

Ultra-large cleaning bath

The size of the ultrasonic cleaning bath is 150x136x103(mm), which makes it possible to clean small car accessories in addition to fuel injectors.

Cleaning fluid heating function

The unique cleaning fluid heating function can raise the temperature of the cleaning fluid to 40 degrees, which makes the cleaning performance even better, thus improving the cleaning effect on the injectors and accessories.

How does the CT160 work?

Ultrasonic Cleaning:

  1. Add the cleaning fluid and put the injectors into the ultrasonic cleaning bath.
  2. Connect the pulse signal lines and select the item 1 Ultrasonic Cleaning function to start.

Injector Testing

  1. First add the test fluid, then install the injectors on the fuel distributor, and fix them with bolts.
  2. Different functions can be selected to test to see if any of the injectors are leaking or blocked.

How to choose test fluid?

The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it\\'s recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.

How to choose cleaning fluid?

Cleaning fluid is used to clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, and it is usually highly corrosive and flammable. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid. If it is not available locally, it\\'s recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the cleaning fluid, but note that the effect may not good enough.
