BT760 Battery System Tester

AUTOOL BT760 supports testing of 12V and 24V automotive battery starting systems and charging systems, and basically covers the full range of battery rating standards for testing. The BT760 battery tester employs a brand new software that displays fast and accurate test results within seconds. It operates over a wide range, with cold start currents as low as 30 amps and cold start currents up to 2000 amps. Compatible with cars, motorcycles, trucks, RVs, beach bikes, SUVs, boats, yachts, lawn mowers and even golf carts, light trucks, and trucks.

Car battery inspection expert & Wide testing range

Supports testing of conventional lead-acid batteries, AGM flat batteries, AGM spiral-wound batteries, and gel batteries, etc.

  • CCA - Cold-Cranking Amps, specified by SAE. Test range: 30~2000A.
  • IEC - International Electrotechnical Commission. Test range: 30-2500A.
  • EN - European Standard. Test range: 30-3000A.
  • DIN - Deutsche Industrial Standard. Test range: 30-2500A.
  • JIS - Japanese Industrial Standard, displayed on the battery as a combination of numbers and letters. Test range: 26A17-N135.
  • GB - China National Standard. Test range: 04-300AH.

Comprehensive analysis of car battery

  • Displays SOH (state of health), SOC (state of charge), voltage, current, ratings, and readable analysis results on its 3.2-inch color LCD.
  • State of Health (SOH) is a figure of merit that compares the condition of a battery (or cell or battery pack) to its ideal condition.
  • State of Charge (SOC) is the charge level of a battery relative to its capacity, and the SOC value is often used when discussing the current state of a battery in use.

Cranking test--Automatic & accurate recording of minimum cranking voltage

Start the engine and the tester will automatically record the minimum voltage during this process. For 12V systems, the standard voltage is 9.6V. For 24V systems, the standard voltage is 16V. If the minimum voltage is higher than 9.6V (for 24V systems, the minimum voltage is more than 16V), the battery is good. If the minimum voltage is lower than the standard voltage, the battery is bad.

Charging test---Helps you define a standard voltage range that is safe to use

For 12V system, the standard maximum voltage is 15V, and the standard minimum voltage is 13.3V; for 24V system, the standard maximum voltage is 30V, and the standard minimum voltage is 26.6V. If the current voltage is higher than 15V or 30V, please check the voltage regulator. If the current voltage is below 13.3V or 26.6V, please check the connections, wires and engine.

*Built-in printer

Designed with a built-in thermal printer. Diagnostic results and test data can be printed on thermal paper. Compared with other printers, thermal printers are simple and efficient to use, which greatly facilitates business needs of users.
