BT660 Battery System Tester

The microprocessor-controlled conductivity testing technology of the AUTOOL BT660 battery tester provides complete and accurate measurements in seconds. The BT660 is able to provide the extensive data you need on the battery, starter and alternator, and supports automatic safety protection against reverse connection, overheating and sparking to ensure that no damage occurs during use.

Support 12V/24V battery analysis with extensive test range

It provides a wider range of tests than standard battery testers on the market. Supports a wide range of rating systems including CCA, BCI, CA, MCA, JIS, DIN, IEC, EN, SAE and GB. Suitable for a variety of vehicles such as cars, trucks, watercraft, etc.

  • CCA - Cold-Cranking Amps, specified by SAE. Test range: 20-3000A.
  • BCI - International Battery Council Standard. Test range: 20-3000A.
  • CA - Cranking Amps Standard. Effective starting current value at 0°C (32°F). Test range: 20-3000A.
  • MCA - Marine Cranking Current Standard. Effective starting current value at 0°C (32°F). Test range: 20-3000A.
  • JIS - Japanese Industrial Standard, displayed on the battery as a combination of numbers and letters. Test range: 26A17-N200Z.
  • DIN - Deutsche Industrial Standard. Test range: 20-2500A.

Battery test

Battery testing results are accurate and fast. After connecting this tester to the car battery, you will get readings of CCA value/rating, voltage, internal resistance, state of health (SOH) and state of charge (SOC) in less than 3 seconds and get concise results such as "good, bad, replace or charge" for quick check and diagnosis of battery health.

Cranking test--Lively monitoring of battery working voltage

Provided your car battery has been in use for 4 years or more, this battery tester helps determine if the battery will fail to start the engine. The BT660 displays the cranking time in milliseconds and records the minimum voltage that the battery can maintain while the starter motor is operating. If the test result is less than 9.6V, the battery needs to be replaced. It gives you a solution to the problem of unexpectedly running out of battery life.

Charging test

If you find difficulty in running the engine continuously while driving, please switch to the charging test mode with this tester. If the battery and alternator are good, the result should be between 14.2V and 14.5V. However, if it falls below this value it means that your alternator or charging system components need to be examined.

Data review for easy comparison and query

This car battery tester provides quick access to test results as well as automatic recording and storage of test results from recent tests. By doing so, it is easy for you to access previous data. It is convenient to keep the battery health log or share the information with others, which is a good helper for data recording.

Built-in printer

Designed with a built-in thermal printer. Diagnostic results and test data can be printed on thermal paper. Compared with other printers, thermal printers are simple and efficient to use, which greatly facilitates business needs of users.

Simple design& Easy to use

Five-key keypad design avoids complicated operations and is simple to use for quick and easy guidance. The large backlit 2.4-inch LCD displays clear data and is easy to read, even in direct sunlight.
