Instruction of the test report

1. Good battery
   There is no problem with the battery, please rest assure! Note: SOH means state of health; SOC means state of charge
2. Good battery, needs to be charged
   The battery is good, but the current is low, please charge it before use.
3. The battery has reached the critical value, and it is recommended to replace it
   The battery is approaching or has reached the end of its service life and needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
4. Bad battery, must be replaced
   There is damage inside the battery, the battery is broken or shorted, and the battery needs to be replaced.
5. The battery needs to be charged
   Unstable batteries should be recharged and retested to avoid errors. If the test results are the same and this prompt still appears after charging, it is considered that the battery is damaged and the battery needs to be replaced.

Cranking test

Start the engine as prompted, the tester will automatically complete the cranking test and display the results. If the cranking voltage value is higher than 9.6V, the cranking system is determined to be working normally. The test results of the tester include the actual cranking voltage and the actual cranking time. It also displays the battery test result at the same time even if the cranking test is abnormal. This is to help maintenance personnel quickly determine the overall status of the starting system based on the data. When the test is complete, do not turn off the engine and press the OK button to enter the charging test.

Charging test

When entering the charging test, the tester will perform the following corresponding operations in sequence. The engine speed will be increased to 2500 rpm or above and held there for 5 seconds. After the charging voltage test starts, the rotation detection is added. After the test is completed, the tester displays the effective charging voltage, ripple test results and charging test results. Check the connection between the alternator and the battery and retest.

Reverse polarity protection
