Working Principle
Compressed air accelerates -78.5°C dry ice pellets and blasts them at high speed. The extreme cold makes carbon deposits brittle and causes them to crack. Upon impact, the dry ice instantly sublimates, expanding approximately 800 times in volume to create a micro-explosion effect that separates and removes carbon deposits and oil contamination. The dry ice vaporizes directly, leaving only the removed carbon debris—no blasting media residue and no need to recover any blasting material.

The combustion chamber, intake valves, and throttle body can be cleaned in one operation. Dry ice can be directly blasted onto carbon deposits on the piston crown and inside the combustion chamber. No engine disassembly is required, and carbon cleaning for a single engine can be completed in just over ten minutes, significantly improving service bay turnover efficiency.
Spiral Anti-Clogging Dry Ice Feeding System:
The built-in spiral stirring and dry ice feeding mechanism prevents dry ice from clumping or bridging, ensuring continuous and stable dry ice delivery. It eliminates common issues such as frequent spray gun blockage and interrupted spraying found in conventional dry ice machines, making it ideal for long-term, continuous operation in busy repair shops.
Adjustable Pressure and Dry Ice Output, Flexible Cleaning Without Damaging Components:
The pressure gauge on the control panel clearly displays the air supply pressure, while the blasting output can be continuously adjusted from 0-3.2 kg/min. Use lower pressure for cleaning intake valves and around sensors, and higher pressure for removing thick, hardened carbon deposits. Dry ice has a soft texture and will not scratch aluminum alloy valves or pistons.
Large 7.5kg Hopper, Reduces Frequent Refilling:
The large-capacity hopper holds a substantial amount of dry ice. Once fully loaded, it supports continuous operation without repeatedly opening the cover to refill, making it ideal for servicing multiple vehicles in succession.
High-Efficiency Air Filtration System:Filters moisture from compressed air to help prevent internal icing and pipeline blockage, protecting the spray gun and dry ice feeding mechanism while reducing the risk of malfunctions.
