Color Touchscreen, Customizable Pressure Threshold:
Touchscreen operation eliminates the need for repeated knob adjustments. The pressure holding threshold can be freely customized instead of being limited to a fixed 3-minute mode. Once the test is completed, the screen directly displays the result: Pass / Leak Detected. Pressure values are clearly visualized. Parameters can be adjusted as needed for low-pressure EVAP system testing and high-pressure exhaust system testing, allowing the device to adapt to the OEM testing standards of more vehicle models.
Dual-Mode Operation:
① Pressure Holding Mode (Air Mode): Outputs compressed air only, without smoke. Perform a pressure decay test first to determine whether a leak is present. If there is no leak, no smoke oil is consumed. It can also be used to purge pipelines and check the sealing of plugs. This mode is recommended for EVAP system testing.
② Smoke Leak Detection Mode: Uses low-oxygen smoke generation technology to produce smoke quickly, with dense and uniform smoke output. Even 0.1mm micro-cracks can be visually identified for accurate leak location.
Built-in High-Power Air Pump, No External Air Compressor Required:
Simply connect the device to a 12V vehicle battery to operate. It can be used both in workshops and for roadside assistance, eliminating the limitations of air compressor hoses.
Intelligent Pressure Stabilization + Multiple Safety Protections:
Intelligent pressure control provides stable output pressure and prevents high-pressure damage to sensitive vehicle pipelines. Built-in temperature protection automatically cuts off the power when the temperature becomes too high, preventing the smoke generation chamber from overheating during extended operation.
