Working Principle
The pneumatic oil extractor and drain pan uses compressed air as its power source. The sight cup uses a built-in vacuum generator to create a negative-pressure vacuum environment inside the cup. Under the pressure difference between the internal and external atmosphere, waste oil is quickly drawn into the sight cup through the oil extraction hose and probe. When draining waste oil from the storage tank, pressure is released or pneumatic pressure is applied to ensure smooth oil discharge. The entire process requires no electrical power, providing safe and efficient operation.

Push-Pull Control Design:The sight cup control valve adopts a self-developed mechanical push-pull control structure with clearly defined upper and lower positions. It eliminates complicated knob adjustments, allowing users to switch between operating modes simply by pushing or pulling the long handle with one hand.
2-in-1 Oil Extraction and Draining Functions:Supports both vacuum oil extraction and gravity oil draining modes, covering all waste oil change applications in workshops while reducing equipment purchasing costs and saving service bay space.
Explosion-Resistant and Cold-Resistant Oil Extraction/Drain Hoses:Made of black cold-resistant and explosion-resistant rubber-plastic material, the hoses resist collapse under strong vacuum suction and are less prone to bursting under high-pressure conditions. With a temperature resistance down to -35°C, they effectively withstand outdoor aging caused by sunlight, low-temperature cracking, and damage caused by high-intensity vacuum operation in winter.
Vacuum Oil Extraction:Generates strong vacuum pressure in approximately 3 minutes. Equipped with 5 oil extraction hoses in different diameters to fit the dipstick tubes of most vehicle models. The maximum oil extraction rate can reach 4.0 L/min.

360° Rotatable Square Drain Pan:The large square drain pan supports 360° free rotation, providing wider coverage in both horizontal and vertical directions. Compared with traditional round drain pans, it is easier to collect waste oil from offset oil pan drain plugs, side-mounted oil filter drains, and oil splashes generated when removing filter elements.
Stainless Steel Metal Filter Mesh:Equipped with a stainless steel metal filter mesh to effectively filter impurities such as metal filings and sludge from used oil, ensuring smooth oil drainage.
Height-Adjustable Rod:Features a height-adjustable rod, allowing the drain pan height to be freely adjusted.
100L Large-Capacity Waste Oil Tank:Equipped with an enlarged 100L waste oil tank for high-capacity waste oil storage.
