FN603 Fuel Injector Tester & Cleaner is a professional-grade fuel injector cleaning and testing instrument designed specifically for 6-cylinder engines, integrating ultrasonic cleaning and multiple testing functions. The device supports simultaneous operation of up to six fuel injectors and is equipped with a 110ml transparent glass measuring cylinder for direct observation of the entire cleaning and testing process. Its cleaning tank has a heating function, reaching up to 45 degrees Celsius, effectively improving cleaning efficiency. The device is compatible with 12V, 70V, and 120V voltages, suitable for various types of fuel injectors such as GDI, FF, and FSI, and supports simulated testing under various operating conditions including idle, medium speed, variable speed, leakage, and pulse, comprehensively evaluating the atomization effect, fuel injection volume, and sealing performance of the fuel injectors. The intelligent control panel is easy to operate, allowing precise adjustment of working time, pulse width, and working pressure. The 1500ml large-capacity cleaning tank and the portable drawer at the bottom, along with nine different adapter connectors, meet the cleaning and testing needs of most motorcycle and automotive fuel injectors on the market.

Working Principle:

The FN603 drives up to six fuel injectors by sending controlled electrical signals that mimic real engine operation. Users can adjust pulse width, frequency, and voltage levels (12V, 70V, or 120V) to match different injector requirements and simulate various working conditions.

During testing, a pressurized fluid system distributes liquid evenly to each injector, allowing technicians to directly observe differences in spray pattern, fuel delivery, leakage, and atomization. The transparent measuring cylinders make it easy to compare performance between injectors at a glance.

For cleaning, the unit applies ultrasonic vibration together with a heated solution to loosen and remove carbon deposits and residue. This process reaches internal passages without the need to dismantle the injectors. By combining testing and cleaning in one workflow, the FN603 provides an efficient way to recover injector performance and maintain proper fuel system operation.

Cleaning Functions

  • Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning: Uses 28kHz high-frequency ultrasonic waves with an automatic heating system (up to 50°C) to efficiently remove carbon, oil, and gelatinous residues.

  • Reverse Flushing: Test fluid flows from the outlet to the inlet of the injector to effectively remove debris from internal passages and the strainer (applicable to top-feed injectors).

  • No-Disassembly Cleaning: Allows cleaning without removing the injector from the engine; requires special adapters.

Testing Functions

  • Idling Test (0–20ms): Simulates engine idle conditions to evaluate injector performance.

  • Medium Speed Test (0–7.5ms): Simulates medium-speed engine operation.

  • High-Speed Test (0–4ms): Simulates high-speed engine operation.

  • Acceleration Test: Simulates vehicle acceleration to assess dynamic injector response.

  • Shifting Speed Test: Simulates gear shifting conditions to evaluate injector performance.

  • Leak Checking Test: Tests injector sealing under static pressure.

  • Idling Spray Value Test: Measures injection volume under idle conditions.

  • Medium Speed Spray Value Test: Measures injection volume under medium-speed conditions.

  • High-Speed Spray Value Test: Measures injection volume under high-speed conditions.

  • Pulse Injection Test: Simulates various dynamic operating conditions by adjusting pulse width and frequency to evaluate response time, atomization quality, and overall injector performance.
