Working Principle
The AUTOOL FN608 GDI fuel injector cleaning machine utilizes advanced GDI injector drive technology to accurately simulate the operation of a gasoline direct injection (GDI) engine. GDI involves injecting fuel directly into the cylinder and mixing it with the intake air. Compared to traditional injection systems, this not only significantly improves engine efficiency and power output, but also effectively reduces exhaust emissions.
The FN608 is equipped with an integrated GDI injector drive system, supporting the cleaning and testing of various injector types, including GDI, EFI, FSI, and standard injectors. The device offers three adjustable voltage drive modes (12V, 12V-70V, and 120V-180V) to meet the diverse fuel injector requirements of major European, American, and Asian vehicle brands.FN608 is equipped with a dual fuel pump design. Even if one of the fuel pumps fails, the other fuel pump can still ensure normal operation of the equipment. The FN608’s ultrasonic cleaning unit can be used independently, heating the cleaning fluid during cleaning to significantly improve cleaning efficiency.
AUTOOL FN608 Fuel Injector Tester & Cleaner Features
Dual fuel pump design: Even if one fuel pump fails, the other fuel pump will still ensure normal operation, providing an additional safeguard for uptime.
Cleaning fluid heating function: The FN608 injector cleaner features a built-in intelligent constant temperature function that quickly heats 550ml of cleaning fluid to 50°C and maintains that temperature.
Standalone ultrasonic cleaner: Suitable for technicians who want to perform regular injector maintenance easily and efficiently.
Wide adaptability: Equipped with eight adapters, a dedicated adapter for BMW injectors, and connectors for various vehicle injector sizes, it can test most automotive injectors on the market.
Injector protection: A self-protection function protects injectors from damage when testing GDI injectors.
Comprehensive functions: The AUTOOL FN608 injector cleaner offers three cleaning modes and 12 test functions, providing efficient cleaning and comprehensive diagnostics to ensure optimal injector performance.
High Cleaning Efficiency: This system utilizes 28kHz high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning to effectively remove oil, carbon deposits, and gummy residue from automotive fuel injectors, ensuring a fast and thorough cleaning process.
Multiple Voltage Options: The FN608 offers adjustable voltage outputs (12V, 12V-70V, 120V-180V) for different injectors. It intelligently identifies the required driving voltage for GDI injectors, preventing damage caused by incorrect settings and avoiding misfires or alarm signals.
Smart Design: The 8-cylinder, 110ml explosion-proof glass tube design allows for simultaneous testing of up to eight injectors. The durable explosion-proof glass prevents fluid leaks, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Adjustable Operating Time: The injector cleaning time can be adjusted up to 10 minutes based on the level of injector contamination.
Three-Year Warranty: AUTOOL promises to provide free replacement parts for three years for damage not caused by human error. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries, and we will respond promptly within 24 hours.
AUTOOL FN608 Ultrasonic Fuel Injector Cleaner Functions
Ultrasonic Cleaning Function
Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with ultrasonic vibration to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
No-disassembly cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function, that requires special adapters.
Reverse Flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector Strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).
Test Function
Idle Speed Test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
Medium Speed Test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
High-Speed Test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
Acceleration Test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.
Variable Speed Test: Simulate the variable Speed of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.
Leak Test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
Idle Speed Sprayability Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
High-Speed Sprayability test: Simulate the high-speed state of the engine and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
Flow Balance Test: Perform flow balance tests at different speeds.
Observation of Fuel Injection Shape: Observe whether the fuel injection shapes and angles of all fuel injection nozzles on the same car are uniform at various speeds.
Leak Detection Test: The leak detection test is to detect the tightness of the injector needle valve under the high pressure of the system.
